Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Delopus Private Limited (“Delopus Designs”, “we”) handles information collected through design.delopus.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, who you are (for example homeowner or builder), your message and any package you selected.
• Context about your visit sent with the form: the page you were on, the referring website and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid), and your browser's user agent.
• Usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, described below.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site and our ads.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse (including rate limiting by IP address).

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account and sent to our team by email. The website runs on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf.

Analytics, the Meta Pixel and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads. They set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send information about your visit (such as pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons and form submissions, but not the contents of the form) to Google and Meta. You can block these with your browser settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.

The site itself only uses your browser's storage for small conveniences, such as remembering the campaign that brought you here during your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and our legal record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing design@delopus.in.
