What makes this Noida apartment renovation unique is the transformation of two compact 2 BHK apartments across adjacent floors into one luxurious duplex. The redesign introduced a new internal staircase, reworked layouts, and refined joinery, doors and windows. A warm contemporary palette of natural wood, earthy terracotta, textured plaster, soft fabrics and dark metal creates a cohesive identity, while soft arches, curved furniture and warm lighting add depth, character and a subtle sense of rustic luxury.
Process
A detailed SketchUp prototype was created for the interiors, based on the designer's mood board images and client requirements. All details and dimensions were created accurately as per site conditions – so that working drawings and specifications can be exported directly from the model.

Style
The interior follows a warm contemporary style with earthy, organic influences, combining soft arches, natural wood, terracotta tones and textured walls. Neutral upholstery and warm ambient lighting create a calm, inviting atmosphere, while handcrafted-looking artwork, curved furniture and layered textures add character and a subtle rustic sophistication.
Materials
The material palette brings together warm natural wood, earthy terracotta, textured plaster, soft neutral fabrics and dark metal accents to create a cohesive and layered interior. These materials are repeated across the furniture, wall treatments, artwork and accessories, while warm lighting enhances their textures and tones. The consistent earthy palette ties the different spaces together, creating a calm, warm and unified visual identity throughout the interior.
